We strive to display product colors and images accurately; however, we cannot guarantee that your device will display them precisely.

Due to the use of natural ingredients and small-batch production methods, variations in color, texture, size, and appearance may occur. These variations are normal and do not affect product quality.

Orders & Billing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including but not limited to cases involving:

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions

  • Errors in product or pricing information

  • Payment processing issues

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and purchase information.

Shipping & Risk of Loss

All orders are processed and shipped within the United States only. Maa does not offer international shipping.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to the customer upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, as verified by the carrier.

Maa is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to resolve delivery issues; however, Maa will assist where reasonably possible.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and a secure delivery location.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you agree to follow all return procedures, timelines, and eligibility requirements. Failure to do so may result in denial of a refund.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you agree to contact us at maryann@maasoap.com to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

You acknowledge that:

  • Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may be considered a violation of these Terms
